Gym Track ("the app") is developed by Elevatic Studios ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
We use the information above solely to operate and improve the app: authenticating you, syncing your workout data across devices, displaying your profile, sending reminders you've enabled, and diagnosing crashes. We do not sell your personal information.
Gym Track offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the app store you bought them from — the Apple App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android. We do not process payments or store payment details ourselves. Your subscription automatically renews at the price and interval shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies — we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status across devices — it receives your purchase token and entitlement information from Apple or Google and tells the app whether Premium is active. So that your subscription follows your account rather than a single device or phone, we also share your account identifier with RevenueCat. This is a random internal ID: it is not your name, email address or anything that identifies you outside the app. We do not send RevenueCat your email address. See the Third-Party Services section below for RevenueCat's own privacy policy.
The app relies on the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
Your account and workout data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app: go to Profile → Delete Account, confirm your identity, and your workout data, profile photo, and account will be permanently deleted immediately. Alternatively, you can contact us at the email below to request deletion.
You don't need to delete your entire account to remove specific data. From Settings in the Gym Track app, you can:
Each of these actions takes effect immediately with no additional retention period, and cannot be undone.
Gym Track is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
